How It Works
This hot mic safety slips snugly over U-94/A with an audible click locking it into the U-94/A's ribbed side. The device makes it almost impossible for the radio operator to hit their push-to-talk switch accidentally.
The PTT button remains fully functional through the recessed opening — it just requires deliberate, direct pressure to activate, preventing accidental keying from gear contact, body movement, or prone positioning.
