Tactical Communications Headset

Fully modular tactical communications headset with 23 dB NRR hearing protection, 360° situational awareness, noise-canceling boom microphone, and dual-comm capability. NATO wired with TP-120 Nexus connector. Made in USA.

NoizeBarrier® Technology

Dual-Coil Speakers: Proprietary NoizeBarrier® technology automatically adapts loud or impulse sounds to a safe level while preserving normal conversation and radio audio without clipping or shutdown.
360° Situational Awareness: Microphones built into each earcup provide accurate sound localization to detect the direction of potential threats with near certainty.
Noise-Canceling Boom Mic: Built-in active wind and noise reduction virtually eliminates background noise for clear radio transmissions in loud environments. Configurable left or right.
Single & Dual Comm: Single comm variants route radio audio to both ears. Dual comm supports two radios simultaneously with selectable signal separation (left, right, or both ears).
23 dB NRR / 29 dB SNR: Outstanding hearing protection. Impulse noises are reduced to a safe 85 dB level with no clipping or shutdown of situational awareness.
Up to 100 Hours: Powered by 2× AAA batteries (lithium ion recommended). Auto idle shutdown after 2 hours will not degrade with depleting batteries.

Design & Modularity

Fully Modular Platform: Field-changeable between headband and helmet mount configurations without tools. Compatible with Ops-Core ARC/FAST, Team Wendy, and M-LOK/MTEK rail systems via optional mount kits.
Low-Profile Earcups: Reduced cup size fits under ACH, IHPS, and other mid/full-cut helmets. Over 12% lighter than previous models. Will not interfere with shouldering a firearm.
NATO Wired, TP-120 Nexus: Standard NATO/military wiring compatible with DISCO32 Constant Able and other NATO PTTs. Quick-disconnect cable options available for rapid field swaps.
Comply™ Foam Ear Cushions: Ultra-soft foam forms a tight acoustic seal. Snap-off design for easy field replacement. Optional Comply foam cushions (OTTO C102828). Not 3M PELTOR HY80A gels.
