Silicon Gel-Filled Bladder — Liquid gel conforms to facial contours and eyewear temples, maintaining an acoustic seal where foam cushions create gaps.
Double-Hump Top Face — Camelback profile distributes pressure evenly around the ear for reduced fatigue during extended operations.
Super-Thin Polyurethane Skin — Durable, easy-to-clean exterior resists cracking and skin oils.
Confor™ Foam Backing — Memory foam substrate provides consistent return force and long-term shape retention.
High-Temp Adhesive — Rated for hotter environments; maintains bond integrity during sustained field use.
Compatibility & NRR Note
Designed For: COMTAC III ACH headsets.
Also Compatible With: Most 3M PELTOR headsets including ComTac V, ComTac VI, ComTac VIII, SwatTac, and select industrial models.
NRR Impact: Use of gel cushions may reduce the Noise Reduction Rating by up to 1 dB compared to standard foam cushions. Gel provides a better seal around eyewear, which can partially offset this reduction in real-world conditions.

3M PELTOR limited warranty — 1 year from original purchase for defects in material and workmanship. This is a manufacturer warranty (not a DISCO32 factory warranty). DISCO32 will assist with manufacturer claims; resolution is determined by 3M.
