Ops-Core FAST SF Carbon Helmet System

Ultralight non-ballistic carbon composite platform designed to accept the FAST Low Profile Ballistic Appliqué (sold separately) for scalable protection. At just over 1 lb shell weight, the SF Carbon is the foundation for a fully modular headborne system, add comms, NVGs, respiratory, and ballistic protection as the mission requires.

Key Features

  • PowerPath ARC Rails: Lightweight mounting rails with behind-the-rail channel for safe NVG cable routing.
  • Vented Lux Liner + Occ-Dial Fitband: One-piece EPP impact liner with molded vent holes. Modular comfort pads reposition without affecting impact performance. Occ-Dial rear adjustment.
  • Recessed Headset Groove: Molded channel accommodates over-the-head comms headsets, don/doff helmet without removing your headset.
  • Head-Loc Chinstrap: 4-point retention for security and stability.
  • Scalable Ballistic Protection: Non-ballistic shell accepts the FAST Low Profile Ballistic Appliqué (sold separately) for on-demand frag/pistol protection.

Construction Technology

  • Carbon Rigidity: Constructed from a Uni-Directional Carbon/Polyethylene matrix. Unlike injection-molded plastic helmets, this shell is structurally rigid, providing a stable, bounce-free platform for heavy NVGs while protecting against blunt trauma.
  • Up-Armor Scalability: The only non-ballistic helmet designed to accept the FAST Low Profile Ballistic Applique, allowing you to add the FAST Low Profile Ballistic Applique (OEM: 9 mm and fragmentation, not a NIJ IIIA helmet).

Gentex Ops-Core limited warranty, 1 year from delivery for defects in material and workmanship under normal use. This is a manufacturer warranty (not a DISCO32 factory warranty). DISCO32 will assist with RMA coordination and proof of purchase; claim resolution is determined by Gentex.
