Ops-Core AMP Helmet Rail Mount Kit
3-Position Vent Mode
Mount AMP headsets to any ARC-railed helmet with 3-position vent mode. Rail arms attach to the rear of Ops-Core ARC rails, leaving the top rail free for lights, lasers, and other accessories. Single-point gimbal attachment allows 360° earcup adjustment — no loss of hearing protection regardless of head shape. Counterbalances shroud-mounted NVGs.

Three-Position Vent Mode
Rotate the earcup to select sealed (full attenuation), partial vent, or full vent — balancing hearing protection against ambient awareness without powering on 3DHT or removing the headset.

How It Works
The rail arm shoe inserts into the bottom rear of the ARC rail and clicks into position. Earcups rotate over the ears for use, or fold flat to the back of the helmet for low-profile stowage.
To stow: rotate earcups UP and over toward the back — never rotate down, which bunches cables.
⚠ Compatibility — Ops-Core Ecosystem Only
This rail mount kit is engineered specifically for Ops-Core AMP headsets mounted to Ops-Core ARC rails. Gentex designs, tests, and warranties the AMP system as a matched set — headset, rail arms, downlead cables, and helmets are all built to work together.
If you are using third-party adapters, non-Ops-Core headsets, or non-standard ARC-pattern rails, this kit may not be compatible with your setup. Third-party adapters that bridge different headset mounting systems (e.g., adapting PELTOR ComTac, Howard Leight, or other headsets to Ops-Core rail arms) introduce variables in fit, gimbal rotation, and earcup seal that Gentex does not test for. Vent mode function, hearing protection ratings, and stow positions may be compromised.
We strongly recommend staying within the Ops-Core ecosystem for helmet-mounted hearing protection. The AMP headset — either Connectorized or Fixed Downlead — paired with this rail mount kit and an Ops-Core helmet is the only configuration we support and recommend.

DISCO32 Constant Able PTT — AMP Compatible
The Connectorized AMP uses Ops-Core downlead cables to bring audio to a standard NATO U-174 connector. From there, the DISCO32 Constant Able PTT connects the headset to your radio — Motorola APX, Kenwood, Hytera, Harris, and more. The Constant Able auto-detects the AMP’s electret microphone and adjusts impedance automatically.
