OEM replacement flexible boom microphone for the ComTac III and ComTac V platform. Noise-canceling dynamic element with IP68 water and dust resistance. Replaces the legacy MT31 model with 3× improved noise cancellation.

Specifications

18 dB Noise Cancellation — 3× improvement over the legacy MT31 microphone (6 dB). Clear radio transmissions in sustained noise environments.

IP68 Waterproof — Sealed dynamic element resists water immersion, dust, and debris. Built for maritime and all-weather operations.

Flexible Boom Design — 180 mm cable length with bendable positioning arm. Holds shape for optimal microphone placement.

2-Pin Nexus Plug — Direct plug-in replacement on the left earcup. No tools or soldering required.

Windshield Included — Ships with M171 foam windsock for improved voice clarity in wind.

Compatibility

ComTac III / SwatTac III — OEM microphone.

ComTac V / SwatTac V — OEM microphone, ships standard on all V-series headsets.

Not for ComTac VI/VIII — The VI and VIII platforms use the MT73/1 telescope boom microphone (different connector and mounting).
