Key Features

• 3D Hear-Through (3DHT): Ear-simulator design reproduces ambient sounds through the earcups with directional accuracy — eight scalable volume levels (+12 dB max). Press-and-hold any volume button to activate; press both buttons to deactivate.
• NFMI Double Protection: Optional Near Field Magnetic Induction earplugs sit inside the earcups for double hearing protection — NRR jumps from 22 dB to 34 dB. No wires, no batteries, no charging. Toggle between earplug and standard audio with the mode-switch button on the left earcup.
• Fail-Safe Communications: If batteries die, 3DHT powers off but the headset continues to pass radio audio and transmit — you never lose comms. 3DHT also auto-hibernates after 2 hours of inactivity to preserve battery life; pressing any volume button wakes it.
• Quick-Release Fischer Connectors: Set up a downlead on the left, right, or both sides — swap radios or reconfigure single/dual channel without changing headsets. Triangle alignment mark ensures correct mating. Pull the outer sleeve to disconnect (never pull the cable).
• Noise-Cancelling Boom Mic: Ambidextrous 150 Ω dynamic boom mic mounts to either earcup with a thumbscrew. Mitigates background noise in high-noise environments. Remove entirely for listen-only or hear-through-only operation.
• U-173/U Accessory Port: Integrated microphone mounting point accepts any standard U-173/U plug — commonly used for mask mics on respirators like the Ops-Core SOTR.
• Mission Configurable: Switch between headband and helmet-rail mounting. Nylon-covered wire-frame headband designed to be worn under a helmet. Earcups quick-attach/detach from either platform.
